Happy Birthday Nana!

Today is Nana's birthday and Eva wanted to sing her a little song. Of course the lyrics were initially 'you look like a monkey and you smell like one too' but she realized that wasn't very nice, so we ended up with this:

It's all about keeping her entertained...

In an ongoing effort to keep my child occupied, I set her up with some paints and the easel today and let her have at it. Picasso was quite pleased with herself. I think I may have gotten about 10 minutes of peace and quiet - it's a record!

2009 is here!

We rang in the New Year at friends Sarah and Quint's house last night. We all had a great time playing Rock Band! Eva was really excited to stay up WAYYY past her bedtime to play with pals Reid and James. She really did party like a rock star ;)
